Frequently asked questions

Custom FRP sculpture · Minimum order, lead time, shipping and finishes
What is FRP sculpture?

FRP stands for fiber-reinforced plastic. It is a composite of glass fibre and resin, moulded over a form and finished by hand. The finished piece is light for its size, rigid, and suitable for both indoor and outdoor display.

Can you make a sculpture from my reference image?

Yes. Send a photo, a sketch, or a rough description of what you want. We build a 3D model from it, send you a render to approve, and only start production once you have signed it off.

What is your minimum order?

One piece. There is no minimum quantity. A single custom piece is enough - you do not have to order a run.

How long does production take?

Production runs 7-15 days depending on the complexity of the shape and the surface finish required. Shipping time is on top of that and depends on the destination.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We manufacture in China and ship worldwide. Each piece is packed in an export crate and arrives ready to place.

Do you provide installation?

No. The pieces are delivered ready to place - you open the crate and position them. They are light enough for your own team to handle, and no installer or assembly is required.

What sizes can you produce?

Almost anything that can be moulded. Most of our work is counter-height and standing display pieces, but we also produce large-scale installations. Tell us the height you have in mind and we will confirm what is practical.

What information do you need to quote?

A reference image or sketch, the size you want, and where it will be placed. That is enough for us to review feasibility and come back with a figure.

Can you match a specific colour or finish?

Yes. We paint and finish to your specification. Send a colour reference or a photo of the finish you want and we will match it as closely as the material allows.

What file formats can you work from?

A photo or sketch is enough to start. If you already have a 3D file, we can work directly from it.
